Ian drove my family and I to my daughter's wedding in the Palm House, Sefton Park in Liverpool. We were delighted with his friendliness and support on the phone and his perfect timing in getting us to our venue. Our vehicle was immaculate and he kindly assisted our elderly passengers in and out of the vehicle. This was the first of 3 journeys with Ian that day. Ian collected my elderly father from the venue and was happy to pick up at whatever time my dad chose. This helped us enormously. My dad thoroughly enjoyed the journey home and the friendliness of Ian who chatted and entertained him all the way home, even walking him to his front door. Ian was very patient waiting for our group at the end of the evening as we were a bit late leaving. Sorry Ian! Used for airport transfers for the first time. Excellent friendly service. Both the drivers kept in touch regarding pick ups and were on time and helpful. We especially appreciated their help when I left my keys in the car during our outward journey. Thank you.

Every time I'm in Liverpool I use Picks travel. Ian is a gentleman and is always on time. Nothing is too much trouble for him. My most recent visit was for eye surgery. Ian went above and beyond by taking all my baggage and equipment up several flights of stairs to my accommodation. I trust Ian very much and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as reliable taxi service.

Very happy with the service provided. Was contacted by the driver as soon as I landed because he had watched my plane come in! As I am a nervous flyer and was worried about the transfer from Liverpool airport to Manchester - having never used this service before - I really appreciated the friendly confirmation that transport was waiting for me. The driver loaded the car with my luggage and opened the passenger door for me, which is always a relief after you've schlepped around airports with that weight. 100% will use again. Highly recommended.
